New paper about enantiomeric enrichment of amino acids under high pressure is published

A new paper by Yoshioka, Kobayashi, and Kagi is published in ACS Earth and Space Chemistry.

Under high pressure, an aqueous alanine solution with a slight excess of the L-enantiomer yields only racemic crystals upon high-pressure ice formation, resulting in selective enrichment of the L-enantiomer in the solution.
